Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Condition of Return
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
The item should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product does not meet these conditions.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
